Below is an Example of a bike that has been crashed Twice, once with a broken top-tube one-third way along from handlebar impact and the Second time from a broken derailleur hanger which destroyed the righthand chain-stay.
After the last damage, it was decided to remodel and update the graphics.
The frame was repaired stripped to the bare carbon and given a 2k high-gloss and baked at 80 degrees for 24 hrs, graphics masks were then applied in a Black on Black scheme then a 2k with 30percent matting agent was applied and baked for a further 24 hrs.
Now a Custom BoB LOOK 586
Total cost to Strip, Paint Graphic and Clearcoat $525.00
